In Steklarna Hrastnik we installed a system for the control of production in real time. System counts, during the production of the bottles, produced and waste bottles and calculates overall efficiency of the equipment SU = A (availability) x P (power) x Q (quality). Glassworks Hrastnik can note, already during the production, where are the reasons for the less efficient production and then improves efficiency, even during the production.
