Pellets factory, Nova Bila, BIH

Pellets are used as fuel in heating systems. They are made from scrap wood, which is first choped to the chips, then dried and then crushed into a wood sawdust. This sawdast is then squeezed in a pellets.

Factory of wood pellets is placed in BiH, where production is currently running. Wood is first choped with chiper machine and transported to the landfill where the chips are stored.

 

Wood chips are then dried in a drying system with 5 MW furnace and dryer drum, through which the chips are traveling. Dried wood chips are crumbled in the sawdust which is then compressed into wooden pellets.

The automation control system provides a fully automated factory production, which manages the entire manufacturing process and enables monitoring operations of the plant.
